Report PDF

Signed report with objective, SDG mapping, participants, outcomes and coordinator details.

Participant list, beneficiary count, student volunteer details and external participants.

Outcome Proof

Certificates, feedback, audit summaries, publication links, project outputs and media proof.

Quality Check Before Publishing

  • Do not upload duplicate or unrelated photographs.
  • Map every event to only relevant SDGs; avoid over-mapping.
  • Show measurable outcome wherever possible.
  • Separate completed evidence from proposed/future plans.
  • Maintain original files in department/IQAC records for verification.
